The Tour de Luxembourg, traditionally held on the third weekend in June(19th - 21st of june 2026), spans three days (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) and takes place at Camping Fuussekaul in Heiderscheid.
On Friday afternoon, the event kicks off with a smaller ride of 70–80 kilometers. This allows participants to get a first impression of Luxembourg’s roads and check whether their bikes are ready for the rest of the weekend.
On Saturday, the tour starts at 10 a.m. with a ride of 160–190 kilometers. The Saturday tour usually includes a short cultural visit and one or two “grease stops.” There’s always something small to eat and drink for our participants along the way.
The Sunday tour also starts at 10 a.m. and covers about 130–150 kilometers each year. A short stop halfway ensures that hunger and thirst are taken care of, before returning around 3 p.m. to Fuussekaul, where a light closing snack is served. This gives participants the opportunity to wind down the tour in the company of like-minded enthusiasts before heading home.
Each participant receives the roadbook, GPX files, and route descriptions for the three rides a few days before the event.
Participants can either stay overnight at Camping Fuussekaul with their own camper, caravan, or tent, or rent one of the bungalows available on site (the bungalows have 2–3 bedrooms and can be shared by several people).
